Shuttle Driver

Summary/Objective

Drive shuttle to take drivers to and from parking locations.

Essential Functions

• Ability to drive manual and automatic transmission vehicles.
• Ability to perform visual inspection of vehicle body panels.
• Ability to write clearly and learn to use handheld scanners.

Supervisory Responsibility

This position has no direct reports.

Work Environment

Outdoors exposed to changing and/or extreme weather conditions (for instance, rain, sun, snow, wind, humidity, etc.).

Physical Demands

• Light physical activity, performing non-strenuous daily activities of an administrative or production/technical nature.
• Maintain manual dexterity sufficient to reach and handle items.

Required Education And Experience

• No prior experience or training.
• No specific educational requirement.

Preferred Education And Experience

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
• One to three months related experience and/or training.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience.

Work Authorization/Security Clearance

Must be able to obtain TWIC badge (Transportation Working Identification Credential).

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work

This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are primarily 8 hours each day, Monday through Friday on a day shift. This position often requires overtime.

This position does not have any travel requirements.

Compensation

This position offers an hourly rate of $17.00 per hour.
