Shuttle Driver- 2nd shift- Marysville

About the role

We are hiring 3 Full-Time Shuttle Drivers for 2nd shift at our Marysville location. This position is primarily 2nd shift (Monday–Friday, 4:30 p.m.–2:00 a.m.) with mandatory overtime as needed. Work is 100% outdoors in all weather conditions.

Associates drive and park customer vehicles in the yard at the Marysville Honda facility.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, drive, and park new vehicles in assigned areas according to manufacturer specifications
• Detect vehicle damage and verify presence of accessories listed on invoice
• Move vehicles from staging areas to shipping bay locations
• Maintain yard quality standards
• Train new associates and temporary workers
• Follow directions, procedures, AAR, and safety protocols
• Adapt to changing workloads and perform other essential tasks as assigned
• Maintain positive behavior and professional conduct with customers, vendors, co-workers, and management

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid state driver’s license with a good driving record
• Ability to drive automatic transmission vehicles
• Pass AWC’s driver safety test with 80% accuracy or better
• Work outside in various weather conditions
• Move 40–80 vehicles per day
• Walk continuously throughout the shift
• Work as part of a team or independently depending on workload

Schedule
