Shuttle Driver -2nd Shift- East Liberty

About the role

We are hiring 5 Full-Time 2nd Shift Shuttle Drivers for our East Liberty, OH location. This position is primarily 2nd shift (5:30 p.m. – 2:30 a.m.), Monday – Friday, with mandatory weekends as needed. Work is 100 % outdoors in all weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, drive, and park customer vehicles in the yard at the East Liberty Honda facility.
• Ensure new vehicles are driven and parked in assigned areas according to manufacturer’s specifications.
• Inspect cars to detect damage and verify presence of accessories listed on invoice.
• Move vehicles from staging areas to shipping bay locations.
• Maintain yard quality standards.
• Train new associates and temporary workers.
• Follow directions and consistently adhere to procedures.
• Comply with AAR and safety procedures.
• React productively to change and handle other essential tasks as assigned.
• Maintain positive behavior and conduct in the workplace while interacting with customers, vendors, co-workers, and management.
• Work in a variety of situations, both individually and as part of a team.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid state driver’s license with a good driving record; must maintain both.
• Ability to drive automatic-transmission vehicles.
• Pass AWC’s driver-safety test with 80 % accuracy or better.
• Work outside in all weather conditions.
• Move 40–80 vehicles per day.
• Walk continuously throughout the shift.
