Shows and Events Manager

About the role

The Shows & Events Manager will lead Empire Home Remodeling's event marketing efforts, focusing on trade shows, home expos, community events, and local partnerships to generate leads and strengthen brand awareness.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and manage all company events and trade show activities
• Secure event opportunities that align with company goals
• Manage booth setup, displays, promotional materials, and logistics
• Develop strategies to increase lead conversion and event effectiveness
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams on promotional campaigns
• Maintain inventory of event materials, signage, and branded merchandise
• Ensure a professional and engaging customer experience at all events

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in event management, marketing, promotions, or related field
• Experience in home improvement, remodeling, construction, or related industry preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational and project management abilities
• Ability to manage multiple events and deadlines simultaneously
• Comfortable working evenings and weekends as needed for events
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
