Key Responsibilities:• Lead, mentor, and motivate showroom sales associates to achieve and exceed revenue targets.• Oversee daily retail showroom operations, inventory presentation, and merchandising visual standards.• Cultivate lasting client relationships by resolving complex customer requests and providing expert design guidance.• Analyze sales metrics, manage team schedules, and conduct regular sales training workshops.• Collaborate with warehouse and fulfillment teams to ensure timely order delivery and fulfillment. Required Skills & Qualifications:• 3+ years of retail sales management experience, preferably in home furnishings, decor, or luxury retail.• Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding team sales quotas.• Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.• Proficiency with retail POS systems, CRM software, and inventory management tools.• High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree in Business or Design is a plus.
