Showroom Sales Consultant

What You'll Do

• Met with homeowners who have inquired through inbound marketing and lead channels
• Conduct showroom tours and product demonstrations for kitchen, bathroom, and basement renovation solutions
• Evaluate client needs and develop renovation recommendations and project estimates
• Guide customers from initial consultation through proposal presentation and closing
• Build trust with homeowners through product knowledge, design insight, and consultative selling
• Collaborate with internal design, project management, and installation teams to ensure a smooth customer experience
• Maintain organized follow-ups and pipeline management to convert qualified leads into projects

Must-Haves

• Experience selling residential remodeling or home improvement projects
• Prior experience working from a showroom or design center environment
• Strong knowledge of kitchen, bathroom, and basement remodeling projects
• Proven ability to close high-value residential projects
• Comfort presenting design concepts, materials, and renovation solutions to homeowners
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset

Nice-to-Haves

• Background in kitchen and bath design or residential construction
• Experience selling remodeling projects valued at $25K+
• Familiarity with estimating tools or CRM systems
• Design software experience such as 2020 Design or similar tools
