About the role
You will own the operations on the floor, follow processes, and be accountable for good work. You ensure our inventory, team, and showroom merchandise operate at the highest standard of excellence.
Responsibilities
- Ensure accurate inventory counts
- Timely order fulfillment
- Reduce shipping damage
- Manage showroom merchandising
- Handle repairs and cleanliness
- Lead and work with a team by example
- Work with your hands while building systems
- Hold the operations team accountable
- Protect the CEO from daily operational bottlenecks
Requirements
- Physical capability to lift and move heavy materials
- Ability to solve operational problems in real time
- Pride in work, making precise cuts with a hand saw
- Understanding of the luxury standard of our brand
- Ability to think critically and bring solutions first
Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with reclaimed European architectural elements
- Experience in a similar role or relevant field
- Strong organizational skills
