We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? The posting includes "Job Summary" and "Job Description". Also "Compensation" and "Benefits And Perks". Also "Physical Requirements". Also "What we’re looking for" (requirements). Also "WHY WORK AT PURPLE?" maybe as Benefits? But we need to follow headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Use

for section headings. Only include sections when posting has real specific content. We need to map content. We have: - About the role: Could be the introductory paragraph about Purple mission? The posting starts with "Purple is a digitally-native vertical brand...". That's about company, not role. Could be considered "About the role"? Might be better to treat as "About the role" summarizing role? But we have "Job Summary" which describes role. So we can put "About the role" with that summary. - Responsibilities: The bullet points under "How you’ll shape the future of comfort" include Drive Sales & KPIs, Hire and Develop Talent, Uphold Visual and Operational Standards. Those are responsibilities. So we can list them as
  • . - Requirements/Qualifications/Skills: The "What we’re looking for" list includes education, experience, tech, communication, organization, leadership, problem solving, business management functions, enthusiasm, positive attitude, communication, management, willingness to learn. Also physical requirements separate. Could split into Requirements (education, experience) and Skills (communication, leadership, etc). But we can combine into one section "Requirements" with list. However we need to follow headings: we can include Requirements, Qualifications, Skills if we have distinct content. But we must not create empty sections. Let's see: we have education/experience (minimum high school diploma; bachelor's preferred; 5+ years retail, ideally store manager). That's qualifications. Then we have skills: interpersonal communication, customer service, organization, time management, leadership, management, team building, problem solving, basic business management functions, enthusiasm, positive attitude, effective communication, management, willingness to learn. Overlap. Could combine into "Requirements" and "Skills". But we need to avoid duplication. Perhaps we put "Requirements" for education/experience, and "Skills" for the soft skills. Also "Qualifications" maybe same as Requirements. To be safe, we can include "Requirements" and "Skills". "Qualifications" maybe redundant; we can omit if not distinct. - Benefits: "Benefits And Perks" list: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k) Match, Flexible PTO, Earn a Mattress, Purple Swag, Amazing Purple Products. Also "WHY WORK AT PURPLE?" includes culture statements; could be part of Benefits? But we can treat as Benefits section with those items. Also "Pay" section: compensation $65,000 annually plus monthly commissions. So we need Pay section. - Schedule: The posting mentions "Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays" under Drive Sales & KPIs. Also maybe schedule info elsewhere. So we can include Schedule section with that statement. - Physical Requirements: Could be a separate section? Not in allowed headings list. Allowed headings are About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. No Physical Requirements. So we must either fold physical requirements into another section (maybe Responsibilities? Not appropriate). Could we omit? The instruction: "Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail." So we need to keep physical requirements info somewhere. Since there's no designated heading, we could put it under a generic

without a heading? The instruction says use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It doesn't forbid other headings, but says use those for section headings. It says "Use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." It implies those are the allowed headings; we should not create other headings. So we need to embed physical requirements within a section, maybe under Responsibilities or Requirements as a list item. Could add a bullet under Responsibilities: "Uphold Visual and Operational Standards" includes safety etc. Physical requirements could be a separate bullet under Responsibilities: "Meet physical demands including ..." We'll incorporate. Thus sections: - About the role: intro paragraph about Purple mission and role? We'll use the first paragraph up to "Join with us as we add to our team...". That's about company and mission. Could be About the role. - Responsibilities: list of Drive Sales & KPIs, Hire and Develop Talent, Uphold Visual and Operational Standards (including physical demands). We'll break each into bullet points with sub-bullets? We'll just list each as
  • with the description. - Requirements: education and experience (minimum high school diploma; bachelor’s degree strongly preferred; 5+ years of experience working in a retail environment, ideally in a store manager role). Also maybe "Be comfortable learning & adapting to new technology". That could be skill. We'll put education/experience in Requirements. - Skills: list of interpersonal communication, customer service-oriented, organized/time management, leadership/management/team building/problem solving, understanding of basic business management functions, enthusiasm/positive attitude, proven competencies in effective communication and management, willingness to learn and tackle new challenges. Also maybe "Excellent interpersonal communication capabilities" etc. - Benefits: list of Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k) Match, Flexible PTO, Earn a Mattress, Purple Swag, Amazing Purple Products. Also maybe "WHY WORK AT PURPLE?" statements could be added as bullet points? But they are more culture; we could include them as bullet points under Benefits as well. However they are not benefits per se. Could we add a separate section? Not allowed. Could we incorporate them into Benefits as additional bullet points? Might be okay but risk of misrepresenting. Perhaps we can add a short

after Benefits list describing culture. But we must not create new heading. We'll add a

after the Benefits list (still within Benefits section? Actually we cannot have extra heading; we can just add a

after the list but still within the same section? The instruction: Use

    • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and

for prose. So we can have a

for prose inside a section. So we can have Benefits section with a

      • for benefits, then a

for the "WHY WORK AT PURPLE?" prose. - Pay: compensation $65,000 annually plus monthly commissions. - Schedule: ability to work flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, holidays. We must not include boilerplate like EEO etc. Remove those. Now produce HTML fragment: only the HTML, no markdown. We'll structure:

Check for any repeated content: we included flexible schedule in Responsibilities bullet and also Schedule section. That's okay but might be duplicate. However we could remove from Responsibilities to avoid duplication. The instruction: preserve all substantive information; we can keep it in both places but maybe better to keep only in Schedule section and remove from Responsibilities to avoid duplication. However the responsibilities bullet includes "create optimized store schedules that align staffing with peak times to maximize sales" and "Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays". The latter is schedule requirement, not a responsibility. We'll keep schedule requirement in Schedule section and remove
