About the role

The Showroom Experience Assistant at Brilliant Earth plays a key role in creating an elevated, seamless experience for every guest who visits our showroom. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a hospitality-focused environment, is detail-oriented, and takes pride in maintaining a polished, organized, and welcoming space.

Responsibilities

  • Absorb and serve beverages, clear and clean dishes and glasses.
  • Greet, check-in, and assist customers with warmth, enthusiasm, and professionalism, creating a memorable and welcoming environment.
  • Match walk-in clients with available sales representatives or schedule return visits.
  • Support showroom events and special appointments, including set up and clean up.
  • Enforce showroom policies to ensure a safe and pleasant experience for all guests and security of goods.
  • Maintain luxury showroom appearance, cleanliness, and organization, including cleaning display cases and restocking supplies and tools.
  • Manage ordering and inventory of supplies and tools for showroom presentation standards and hospitality processes.
  • Execute new product merchandising guidelines and assist with back-of-house tasks to support daily showroom operations.

Requirements

This role is in-person based out of our San Antonio, TX Showroom. The targeted budget for this position is $18 per hour. This compensation budget range may be adjusted at any time at the discretion of the company.

Pay

$18 per hour. This compensation budget range may be adjusted at any time at the discretion of the company.

Schedule

In-person based out of our San Antonio, TX Showroom. The role requires a part-time schedule that includes weekend days.
