Showroom Customer Service Representative
Responsibilities
- Aid customers on the showroom floor
- Boost knowledge of the full product lineup
- Collaborate with Outside Sales Associates
- Perform administrative tasks to ensure customer needs are met
- Support the Showroom Sales team by providing timely quotations and accurate order processing
- Update customer contracts, coordinate deliveries with the warehouse, and answer sales calls for general information
Requirements
- Prior customer service experience preferred (0-3 years)
- Knowledge of plumbing fixtures, lighting, and appliances preferred
- Results-oriented, goal-driven, relationship builder, and team player
- Excellent communication skills for phone and in-person sales, strong time management and organizational abilities
- Ambitious to succeed and self-motivated
- General digital literacy
- Ability to multitask
- Passion for customer service
- Quick learner

Pay
The estimated total compensation range is $43K - $58K+ annually.
Schedule
Hours are Tuesday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and Saturday, 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM, with flexibility to adjust hours as needed to maintain a 40-hour work week.
