What You’ll Do

  • Answer incoming calls with enthusiasm and professionalism
  • Inquire about customer needs and guide them through our product offerings, brochures, website, and showroom
  • Schedule design appointments, coordinate with designers, and manage lead tracking
  • Affiliate in preparing and mailing appointment letters, brochures, and other customer communications
  • Support the team by confirming installations, following up with customers, and maintaining organized job and lead folders
  • Facilitate showroom greetings, provide product information, and offer beverages to create a welcoming environment
  • Communicate effectively with team members, designers, and production regarding appointments and installation schedules
  • Track and update weekly sales, lead status, and appointment books, ensuring accurate reporting

Preferred Education And Experience

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous experience in customer service, administrative support, or related fields is preferred
  • Familiarity with CRM systems or lead management software
  • Prior experience working onsite in a professional customer-facing environment is a plus
