What You’ll Do
- Answer incoming calls with enthusiasm and professionalism
- Inquire about customer needs and guide them through our product offerings, brochures, website, and showroom
- Schedule design appointments, coordinate with designers, and manage lead tracking
- Affiliate in preparing and mailing appointment letters, brochures, and other customer communications
- Support the team by confirming installations, following up with customers, and maintaining organized job and lead folders
- Facilitate showroom greetings, provide product information, and offer beverages to create a welcoming environment
- Communicate effectively with team members, designers, and production regarding appointments and installation schedules
- Track and update weekly sales, lead status, and appointment books, ensuring accurate reporting

Preferred Education And Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous experience in customer service, administrative support, or related fields is preferred
- Familiarity with CRM systems or lead management software
- Prior experience working onsite in a professional customer-facing environment is a plus
