Responsibilities

  • Shadowing/Training - Train, role-play, and demonstrate industry-leading practices under an expert agent.
  • Lead Generation - Execute our PLACE lead generation systems weekly, enhancing your lead generation skills.
  • Open Houses - Hold open houses that attract buyers and sellers to current listings using a warm and inviting personality.
  • Communication - Build rapport and identify solutions through proven relationship-building skills.
  • Teamwork - Participate in team activities fostering a strong sense of camaraderie and belonging.
  • Coaching/Training - Receive weekly 1:1 coaching sessions, engaging training, and Partner Calls to share insights and learn from others.
  • Consultation - Guide buyers through the home-buying process with expert care and confidence using proven systems and technology.
  • Home Selection - Identify homes that meet clients' needs and secure signed buyer agreements.
  • Negotiation - Negotiate offers on behalf of buyers using tried and true scripts and techniques to create win-win deals.
  • Done For You - Take advantage of our support team to eliminate 75% of the tasks normally required of a Buyer's Agent to close a transaction.
  • Technology - Benefit from cutting-edge PLACE Technology to streamline client support and ensure consistent goal achievement.

Qualifications

  • Intrinsically motivated sales professional with a heart for the military community.
  • Excellent at building rapport, listening to the needs of others, and identifying solutions.
  • Strong in prospecting and lead generation, overcoming objections naturally.
  • Strong communicator and committed to service.
  • Texas Real Estate License holder.
  • Positive, happy attitude.
  • Able to spend a large amount of time driving in their car.
  • Ability to analyze clients’ needs and wants and match them to homes.
  • Learns quickly and has a proven ability to succeed.
  • High school graduate.
  • People-oriented.
