Responsibilities

• Successfully complete the PLACE Agent Launch program to build foundational expertise
• Accompany real estate agents on property tours, fostering a positive and engaging environment
• Proactively address client inquiries and concerns during showings with professionalism and approachability
• Master detailed knowledge of each property to effectively showcase its key selling points
• Maintain consistent, transparent communication with agents, providing timely client feedback and insights
• Coordinate and manage showing schedules efficiently to ensure a seamless experience for all parties
• Conduct diligent follow-ups with clients post-showing to capture feedback and resolve outstanding questions
