About Our Team
Assist lead agents by showing homes to prospective buyers and renters.
Conduct open houses and accompany clients on property tours.
Provide detailed and accurate information about properties to clients.
Communicate effectively with clients to understand their property needs and preferences.
Clock in and out with the lead agent to schedule showings and manage client appointments.
Ensure all properties are in excellent condition for showings, including staging and cleanliness.
Gather client feedback and report to the lead agent to refine property searches.
- Valid real estate license in the state of Arizona or ability to obtain one within 90 days.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with clients and team members.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
- Flexible schedule to accommodate evening and weekend showings.
- Tech-savvy with proficiency in using real estate software and mobile applications.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Customer service experience is preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus.
