Responsibilities

• Graduate from our New Agent Launch: an 86‑day program that teaches you everything needed to be a successful Realtor; the average agent closes (or pends) 3.4 transactions during this time.
• Work with a sales agent to help buyers find the perfect home.
• Be a student of the game and master the back‑end of the industry while earning money as a Showing Agent.
• Provide detailed, written feedback to confirm or refine clients’ search criteria.
• Participate in a great training plan that emphasizes excellent communication; celebrate when the agent’s buyer’s offer is accepted.
• Write and negotiate offers on behalf of the sales agent and clients.
• Lead generate a minimum of 10 hours per week, using provided scripts and training.
• Participate in team activities per team standards: client events, script practice, dialing, door knocking, and social media, typically 3+ days a week in the office.
• Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching sessions, training, and partner calls; we’ll help you create a weekly calendar.
• Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology, our data entry system for calls and appointments.

• High school graduate.

Pay

Compensation: $28,500 – $50,000 USD yearly. Huge growth potential. This is a commission‑based position.
