Responsibilities
- Aid real estate agents in coordinating and conducting property showings for potential buyers.
- Attend property showings with clients, offering pertinent information and addressing any questions they might have.
- Provide detailed, written feedback to clients regarding their personal criteria.
- Participate in weekly script practice according to team standards.
- Engage in team activities as per team standards.
- Attend weekly 1:1 coaching sessions, Hangouts, and Partner Calls.
- Continuously update knowledge of the real estate market, industry practices, and emerging trends through ongoing training and professional development.
Qualifications
- Ability to spend considerable time driving in a vehicle.
- Genuine enthusiasm for real estate and a strong commitment to pursuing a successful career in the industry.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills to ensure accurate and timely task completion.
- Eagerness to learn, grow, and adapt to new processes, tools, and industry advancements.
- Proficiency in using technology and software tools commonly employed in real estate, including MLS platforms and CRM systems.
