Showing Assistant

Responsibilities

• Work with sales agent to guide their clients to homes
• Provide detailed, written feedback to confirm or refine clients’ search criteria
• Work with buyer clients, listing agents and home sellers to show properties in a timely manner
• Aid buyers in refining their home criteria and selecting additional homes to show
• Afford buyers homes that meet their needs and budgets resulting in more sales
• Stay informed about local communities and listed properties to effectively answer clients' questions
• Respond promptly to all buyer client communications via phone, email, and text to ensure superior customer service
• Track tasks and activities using Brivity Technology

Qualifications

• Energetic and personable with a strong desire to work with people
• Desire to support others and commit to personal and professional growth in real estate and leadership
• People-oriented and positive attitude
• Ability to spend significant time driving and analyzing clients' needs and wants
• Learns quickly and is ambitious with a track record of success
• High school graduate
• Real estate license (not required but a plus)
• Spanish language proficiency not necessary but a valuable asset
