Responsibilities
- Assist agents with buyer consultations and property showings
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the home buying process
- Cook up schedules and communicate effectively with clients and team members
- Gather property information and prepare for showings
- Maintain accurate records and follow established systems and processes
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities
Qualifications
- Active Oregon or Washington Real Estate License (or willingness to obtain one)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Reliable transportation and flexible schedule
- Growth mindset and willingness to learn
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
