Responsibilities

- You’ll graduate from PLACE New Agent Launch Intensive, proven training designed to get you productive quickly — not “someday.”
- You’ll work directly with a high-performing sales agent.
- You’ll guide real buyers through real homes, gaining hands-on experience most agents don’t get for years.
- You’ll analyze and sharpen client search criteria.
- You’ll deliver clear, written feedback that helps clients make decisions faster — and helps deals move forward.
- You’ll write and negotiate offers, learning deal structure, strategy, and leverage side-by-side with a master negotiator who fights to win and teaches you how to do the same.
- You’ll lead generate at least 10 hours per week, building confidence, pipeline, and income by doing the work others avoid.
- You’ll participate in weekly script practice, mastering the language of real estate — objections, conversions, and confident conversations that create appointments and contracts.
- You’ll be fully immersed in a winning team environment, participating in team meetings, accountability, standards, and energy.
- You’ll receive weekly 1:1 coaching, trainings, and Partner Calls, receiving direct coaching, real feedback, and clear expectations every week.
- You’ll track activity and results in PLACE technology, what gets tracked gets paid, and you’ll learn to operate like a professional from day one.

- You are energized by working with people and pride yourself in your ability to develop and maintain professional relationships.
- You have a compelling desire to support others, while being committed to your growth in real estate and leadership skills.
- You are people oriented, have a positive, happy attitude, can spend a large amount of time driving in your car, analyze clients’ needs and wants and match them to homes, are learning based, ambitious with proven ability to succeed, have a high school diploma, and a Delaware Real estate license or the desire and ability to obtain one.
