Showing Assistant

About the role

Become part of a dynamic team working alongside the top 20% of real estate professionals across North America. As a Showing Assistant, you’ll gain hands-on experience and enhance your skills while progressing your career with our dedicated support.

Responsibilities

• Complete the PLACE New Agent Launch program
• Aid sales agents by showing homes to their clients
• Provide clear, written feedback to help refine clients' home search
• Write and negotiate offers alongside the sales agent and clients
• Spend at least 10 hours a week on lead generation
• Participate in weekly script practice sessions with the team
• Take part in team activities as expected
• Attend weekly one-on-one coaching, training sessions, and Partner Calls
• Keep track of tasks and activities using PLACE Technology

• People-oriented, positive, and happy attitude
• Ability to spend a large amount of time driving in your car
• Ability to analyze clients' needs and wants and match them to homes
• Learns quickly and is ambitious with proven ability to succeed
• High school graduate
• Real estate license
