Responsibilities
- Complete PLACE New Agent Launch and commit to the full onboarding process
- Accompany buyers to showings, including Zillow Preferred clients; provide detailed written feedback to help refine their search criteria
- Support lead agents with coordination and client communication throughout the transaction
- Affiliate with open houses consistently each month
- Write and negotiate offers on behalf of the sales agent and clients using proven scripts and techniques
- Lead generate a minimum of 10 hours per week using PLACE lead generation systems
- Track all tasks and activities in PLACE Technology — every time, without exception
- Participate in weekly 1:1 coaching, script practice, and ongoing training
Qualifications

- You're working with online leads like those from Zillow and you show up with speed and professionalism
- You have a valid real estate license
- You have a valid driver's license and ability to spend significant time on the road
- You have strong written and verbal communication skills
- You can assess clients' needs and match them to the right homes
- You're willing to learn and consistently apply scripts and dialogues
- You have excellent time management and organizational skills
- You're growth-minded and genuinely coachable
