Key Responsibilities
- Assist patients with showering and personal hygiene needs
- Ensure patient safety during showering
- Auxiliary with patient transfers and mobility
- Document patient care and observations
- Communicate effectively with nurse and other healthcare team members
- Adhere to facility policies and procedures
- Prioritize teamwork and professionalism during all interactions
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certificate in South Dakota
- Experience working in a skilled nursing facility
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lift and transfer patients
- Basic computer skills
