Show Tech/Stage Manager

We are seeking a Show Tech/Stage Manager responsible for operating sound and lighting boards during seasonal entertainment productions. Key Duties Include Assisting with installation, operation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of lighting, sound, and audiovisual equipmentEnsuring smooth production segments, communicating with the Technical Lead, and managing show needsInteracting professionally with guests and addressing concernsSupporting the load-in and strike of productions, and assisting with mascot performances and safetyManaging ushers, coordinating duties, and understanding theatrical terminologyLearning and operating floats during seasonal parades as needed Qualifications Include At least 18 years old with a minimum of one year of experience operating live sound systemsValid driver’s license and reliable transportationAbility to operate basic lighting and sound software and perform troubleshootingUnderstanding sound dynamics in various environmentsExcellent communication skills and flexibility to work in fast-paced settings, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays This role may involve physical activity such as lifting, bending, and extended standing, and may require uniforms or PPE.
