Responsibilities

• Manage event logistics: setup, teardown, scheduling, staffing, and inventory
• Recruit, train, and lead a team of energetic event promoters
• Maximize appointment bookings through hands-on leadership and live coaching
• Track performance and continuously optimize event outcomes
• Maintain a sharp, professional brand presence at every show

Requirements

• Proven leadership experience in events, retail, or promotional management
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• High-energy, people-first mindset
• Experience with home improvement or in-home services is a plus
• Availability for weekend and evening events (local travel required)

Schedule

Primarily Wednesday through Sunday day shifts. Management of promotions teams on weekends is required.
