Show Crew Member - PR Manager/Subway Attendant

About the Role

Crew Members hired into this position must be able to perform both character roles described below. This role has a height requirement of 5’9” or taller based on established character requirements.

• PR Manager: Easygoing, charming, and effortlessly cool. They’re excited to guide guests into a HUNTR/X concert but quickly find themselves caught in the action. Their easygoing optimism allows them to brush off the ordeal and convince themselves they were never truly in danger…even though the guests know otherwise.
• Subway Attendant: Friendly yet authoritative. Effortlessly directs and positions guests in a way that feels natural and welcoming. A calm, decisive leader who instinctively takes control in a crisis, keeping guests focused and reassured as the subway comes under attack.

As part of the hiring process, candidates will be asked to submit a short video of themselves delivering a provided prompt. This on-site, full-time or part-time hourly role is based in King of Prussia, PA.

Responsibilities

• Work in a specific role for an in-world Attractions experience, including scripted in-character roles, positions requiring extensive ad-hoc Fan interactions, technical operational positions, and other show-related operational roles.
• Provide best-in-class service to our Fans while adhering to specific IP needs and in-world environments.
• Act as a Netflix Ambassador to help drive increased fandom and engagement with Netflix shows.
• Execute Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), including emergency procedures.
• Foster a culture of safety in all actions.
• Perform other duties as assigned, such as providing general information, scanning tickets, and managing guest flow.

Requirements

• Applicants must be at least 18 years of age.
• Demonstrated experience in high-volume immersive experiences, theatrical productions, or show-based attractions.
• Knowledge of creative excellence and the show quality process.
• Commitment to show consistency and quality, including following scripts and timing marks.
• Knowledge of the Netflix platform and shows.
• Excellent teamwork skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Strong customer service and verbal communication skills. Fluency in additional languages is a plus.
• Strong desire to think outside the box and innovate.
• Willingness to learn environmental, health, and safety (EHS) protocols.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, at a 365-day operation.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to work on your feet for extended periods of time.
• Ability to work in a dark/low-light environment.
• Ability to wear character-specific wigs and/or wardrobe pieces as required for the role, with reasonable accommodations as applicable.

Pay

$19.60 - $24.52 per hour
