Show Crew Member - Flight Attendant/Super Fan

About the Role

Netflix House is a first-of-its-kind, permanent, year-round home for fans where you can explore, play, taste and shop your way through your favorite Netflix stories. This on-site, full-time or part-time hourly role is based in King of Prussia, PA.

As a Show Crew Member, you will bring to life in-world experiences through various roles, including scripted in-character roles, ad-hoc Fan interactions, technical operational positions, and show-related operational positions. The Attractions Crew Member is critical to the success of the experience through their dedication to show excellence and to ensure a best-in-class experience. In addition to bringing our Netflix worlds to life, all Attractions Crew Members provide general information, scan tickets, manage guest flow, and more.

Character Descriptions

• Flight Attendant: Saccharine sweet, with a smile that couldn’t be pried off her face with a crowbar. She’s doing her absolute best to act human and perform what she believes a flight attendant is supposed to do… because she’s most definitely a demon.
• Super Fan: A devoted HUNTR/X superfan who eats, sleeps, and breathes everything HUNTR/X. Bursting with energy, they talk a mile a minute and can't contain their excitement when meeting fellow fans. Their infectious enthusiasm turns every interaction into a shared celebration of the group they love.

Crew Members hired into this position must be able to perform both character roles. This character is female-presenting, any race/ethnicity.

Responsibilities

• Work in a specific role for an in-world Attractions experience, including scripted in-character roles, positions requiring extensive ad-hoc Fan interactions, technical operational positions, and other show-related operational roles.
• Provide best-in-class service to our Fans while adhering to specific IP needs and in-world environments.
• Act as a Netflix Ambassador to help drive increased fandom and engagement with Netflix shows.
• Execute Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), including emergency procedures.
• Foster a culture of safety in all actions.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Applicants must be at least 18 years of age to be considered for employment.
• Demonstrated experience in high-volume immersive experiences, theatrical productions, or show-based attractions.
• Knowledge of creative excellence and the show quality process.
• Commitment to show consistency and quality including following scripts and timing marks.
• Knowledge of the Netflix platform and shows.
• Excellent teamwork skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Strong customer service and verbal communication skills. Fluency in additional languages is a plus.
• Strong desire to think outside the box and innovate.
• Willingness to learn environmental, health, and safety (EHS) protocols.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, at a 365-day operation.

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to work on feet for extended periods of time.
• Ability to work in a dark/low light environment.
• Ability to wear character-specific wigs and/or wardrobe pieces as required for the role, with reasonable accommodations as applicable.

Pay

$19.60 - $24.52 per hour
