Show Ambassador

About the role

The Show Ambassador at the Museum of Ice Cream is a key member of our creative team, responsible for bringing our magical world to life through dynamic performances, meaningful interactions, and playful engagement. This role requires a passion for creativity, a love of ice cream, and a willingness to learn and grow in a unique and exciting industry.

Responsibilities

• Utilize scripted guides and spontaneous performances to bring exhibits to life and create memorable experiences
• Sales across key business areas, including retail shop, bar and/or buffet, as well as ticketing
• Support the Service Team in delivering ice cream and other treats to guests in a quick and efficient manner
• Assist with performances and experiences for special events and VIP guests, ensuring high standards of engagement and service
• Partner closely with both Service and Show Teams to create a memorable and cohesive guest experience
• Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the museum to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests
• Take on additional tasks as assigned by your manager

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• Open availability, including weekends
• English proficiency is required for effective communication in the role
• Standing and walking on your feet for long periods of time, up to 8 hours
• Teamwork and ability to effectively function in a high energy environment
• Bend/lift heavy objects of up to 40 pounds
• Licensing & Certifications: Candidates must possess or be able to obtain and maintain the following: Food Handlers Card from SNHD, Non-Gaming Sheriff's Card, and a Wedding Officiant License (paid for by the company)

Pay

$17.00 per hour
