Shovel Crew

About the role

We are looking for Shovel Crew Attendants to join our team at Spruce Peak, Vermont’s premier mountain community. This position is responsible for performing snow removal, maintenance, and upkeep of all grounds, including drives, walkways, balconies, and other necessary areas throughout the winter. The expected start date is mid-November.

Responsibilities

• Perform snow removal from drives, walkways, balconies, and other areas
• Maintain and upkeep grounds during winter
• Operate snow removal equipment

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age or older
• Must have a clean driving record
• Must be able to work outdoors in winter conditions

Pay

$20–24 per hour
