Essential Responsibilities

• Operate production machinery to enhance the surface finish of aerospace parts.
• Select and utilize the appropriate machines based on customer specifications and production requirements.
• Monitor production processes and proactively resolve issues related to materials, equipment, or workflow to minimize downtime.
• Perform daily testing to verify media size and shape.
• Process test specimens and provide samples to customers as required.
• Cookordinate projects and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Communicate production status, recovery timelines, and completion dates with Customer Service.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance on equipment and submit maintenance requests for repairs when needed.
• Inspect finished parts to ensure they meet quality standards and customer specifications.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow all company safety policies and wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 2 years of aerospace manufacturing experience required.
• Experience operating production or finishing equipment preferred.
