Short-term Substitute: Social Worker

Short-term (approximately one month) substitute needed for a School Social Worker to support programming at a middle school during the 2026-27 school year.

Qualifications

• Valid Illinois Professional Educator License with endorsement in Social Work (Pre-K to age 21) preferred
• School Psychologist or Counselor endorsements will also be considered

Working Conditions

• Full-time (1.0 FTE)
• Short-term substitute position starting October 8, 2026 through November 5, 2026

Pay Rate

$313.38 per day

Exempt

Substitutes Eligibility

Substitutes who work 90 days or more may be eligible for health benefits.
