Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality medical care
• Serve patients and clients with a relationship-based approach
• Collaborate and engage with the clinical team and leadership
• Grow relationships within the practice and the Land O'Lakes community
• Encourage the growth of support staff members through internal training programs
• Manage a varying caseload, including surgeries and appointments during open hours
• Represent AVG with professionalism and compassion

Skills, Knowledge, and Expertise

• DVM/VMD degree from an AVMA accredited college
• Active license in good standing to practice in the state
• Minimum 1 year of clinical experience (strongly preferred)
• Comfort in adapting to new clinical environments and team structures
• Strong communication and a collaborative mindset
