Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Spa Therapist to join our team in providing exceptional wellness services to clients. The ideal candidate will be experienced in a range of treatments, including massage therapy, facials, and body treatments, and committed to creating a relaxing, rejuvenating experience for every guest.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform professional spa treatments such as:
- Swedish, Deep Tissue, and Hot Stone massages
- Body scrubs, wraps, and hydrotherapy
- Facials and skin care services
- Conduct client consultations to determine individual needs and preferences
- Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and spa presentation
- Recommend personalized after-care and retail products
- Ensure equipment and work areas are sanitized and well-maintained
- Comply with all safety and sanitation policies in line with North Carolina state regulations
- Uphold the highest level of customer service and confidentiality
Qualifications
- North Carolina State License in Massage Therapy or Esthetics (as applicable)
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a spa or wellness center
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and various massage techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- CPR/First Aid certification is a plus
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
