Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Spa Therapist to join our team in providing exceptional wellness services to clients. The ideal candidate will be experienced in a range of treatments, including massage therapy, facials, and body treatments, and committed to creating a relaxing, rejuvenating experience for every guest.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform professional spa treatments such as:
• Swedish, Deep Tissue, and Hot Stone massages
• Body scrubs, wraps, and hydrotherapy
• Facials and skin care services
• Conduct client consultations to determine individual needs and preferences
• Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and spa presentation
• Recommend personalized after-care and retail products
• Ensure equipment and work areas are sanitized and well-maintained
• Comply with all safety and sanitation policies in line with North Carolina state regulations
• Uphold the highest level of customer service and confidentiality

Qualifications

• North Carolina State License in Massage Therapy or Esthetics (as applicable)
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a spa or wellness center
• Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and various massage techniques
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• CPR/First Aid certification is a plus
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
