Benchmark Sports develops next-generation athlete capture and feedback technology designed to elevate how sports are trained, practiced, and played. Golf Daddy is a Benchmark Sports-owned brand bringing that mission to golf through modern coaching, content, and product experiences. Golf Daddy has generated 500M+ organic views by making golf content that’s fun, social-native, and performance-driven. We’re hiring a Short-Form Golf Content Producer to help us scale our on-camera content across TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.

Role

This is a social-first production role for someone who is golf-native, presentable on camera, and thrives in short-form. You’ll ideate, film, and edit (or co-edit) content that blends golf culture, entertainment, and product/coaching moments—optimized for hooks, retention, and shareability. If your background is mostly broadcast, narrative, or corporate brand video (and you don’t live in short-form), this probably isn’t the right fit.

What You’ll Do

• Create and ship short-form videos for TikTok/IG/Shorts with the Golf Daddy team.
• Be on camera regularly (hosting, reacting, demonstrating, interviewing).
• Develop strong scroll-stopper hooks and retention mechanics for each piece.
• Support in-house shoots for golf product explainers and coaching-related content.
• Capture quick, social-native content at the office, on the course, and at events.

Must-Have Qualifications

• Golf-native: you play, follow the culture, and can speak the language naturally.
• Strong on-camera presence: confident, clear, and engaging.
• Social-native instincts: you understand what performs on TikTok/IG/Shorts.
• A portfolio of short-form work you’ve created (links required).
• Willing to work in-person in Irvine, CA (relocation supported).
