Responsibilities

  • Operate and maintain heavy equipment such as excavators, skid steers, and track excavators.
  • Perform routine maintenance checks on equipment to ensure optimal performance.
  • Assist in the loading and unloading of equipment and materials.
  • Follow safety protocols and participate in regular training sessions.
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide technical support as needed.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid driver’s license and good driving record.
  • Experience operating heavy machinery is preferred but not required.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in using hand tools and basic mechanical knowledge.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact with customers and colleagues.
  • Physical stamina and the ability to lift and move heavy objects.

Skills

  • Knowledge of industry-specific equipment and operations.
  • Basic computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
