What You'll Do
- Enter, update, and maintain service work orders throughout the repair process
- Review work orders for completeness, accuracy, and proper documentation
- Process billing-related documentation and support invoicing activities
- Verify and reconcile credit card transactions
- Maintain accurate records and support department reporting needs
- Provide administrative support for the Service team and assist with special projects as assigned
- Deliver exceptional customer service to internal departments while supporting efficient shop operations
What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience with data entry, administrative support, work order processing, or billing-related functions
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Professional verbal and written communication skills
- Strong customer service skills
- Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Experience
- Experience supporting a service department, repair shop, or industrial operation
- Experience working with work order management or ERP systems
- Familiarity with billing, invoicing, or service documentation processes
