Shop Prefinisher/Field Painter

Requirements
- At least 2 years of finishing and stain matching experience
- Comfortable with water-based and solvent stains, paints, and lacquers
- Working knowledge of diaphragm pumps, airless pumps and air-assisted pumps
- Able to multi-task, problem solve and be experienced with a variety of tools and equipment
- Effective communication skills
- Valid MN Drivers License and good driving record
- General knowledge of applications, systems, equipment
- Positive attitude and professional customer service skills
