Shop Porter (part-time)

Classic Collision, established in 1983 in Atlanta, Georgia, is seeking a part‑time Auto Body Shop Porter to support daily operations and maintain a clean, safe work environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain daily housekeeping of the front office interior, including emptying garbage cans, cleaning floors, and dusting.
• Assist in the detail department as needed.
• Maintain daily housekeeping of the production area, including emptying waste cans, sweeping floors, disposing of unwanted parts, cleaning spray booths, and organizing tools and equipment.
• Drive company vehicles to run shop errands, pick up parts, and transport customer vehicles.
• Maintain parking lots and grounds in a neat and orderly fashion.
• Perform minor equipment and building maintenance/repairs when necessary.
• Ensure all cars are protected from inclement weather.
• Secure all vehicles and keep vehicle keys separate and secure.
• Perform other duties as assigned to meet business needs.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Strong communication skills for effective interaction with the team and customers.
• Ability to operate equipment safely and efficiently.

Physical & Environmental Requirements

The role regularly requires the use of hands, talking, and hearing. Employees frequently stand, sit, and walk, occasionally for long periods.
