Responsibilities

• Successfully manage and control your own shop.
• Train and develop team members to a high level in your own store and local stores when needed.
• Recruitment - Interviewing and hiring for your own store but also for local stores in your division when needed.
• Be the point of contact for local shops when their shop manager is on holiday.
• Ensure smooth running of the store to maximize sales and minimize costs whilst reaching your KPI targets.
• Food production quality.
• Exceed shop performance and KPI's - This will include sales, wastage %, Wage ratio, staff retention and average spend.
• Ensure the store is clean, organised and welcoming for customers.
• Maintain high standards of customer service.
• Maintain high standards of food safety.

Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years food to go/retail experience.
• Able to motivate and lead a team.
• An excellent communicator.
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Eager for career progression and wants to succeed.
• Motivating, inspiring and leading by example.

Qualifications

Competitive pay of £28,000 to £33,000 depending on experience and a working week is 42 hours over 5 days a week, Monday to Sunday.

We offer a competitive pay of £28,000 to £33,000 depending on experience and a working week is 42 hours over 5 days a week, Monday to Sunday.

About You

As a Senior Shop Manager for Wenzel's, you will be the spine and structure of your store, will be somebody who has a minimum of 2 years food to go/retail experience, able to motivate and lead a team and be an excellent communicator.
