We need to output HTML fragment with sections only where there is real specific content. Must use

for section headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. However we should only include sections that have real content. The posting includes: Job Overview (maybe About the role), Key Responsibilities (Responsibilities), Qualifications (Qualifications), Benefits (Benefits), Schedule (Schedule), Pay (Pay Range). Also maybe "Who We Are" could be About the role? The instruction: Use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we can map sections accordingly. We must not repeat job title as heading. Do not put Job ID etc. Remove boilerplate: EEO, equal-opportunity, scam-warning, application instructions, navigation, cookie, legal. Also remove duplicated lines. We need to preserve all substantive information. We need to output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown fences. We need to use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and

for prose. We need to include sections only when posting has real specific content. So we will include sections: About the role (maybe combine Job Overview and Who We Are), Responsibilities (Key Responsibilities), Qualifications (Qualifications), Benefits (Benefits), Pay (Pay Range), Schedule (Schedule). Possibly Skills? Not separate; maybe we can include Skills under Qualifications? But we should not create a Skills section unless posting actually states them. The posting does not have a separate Skills list; skills are within Qualifications. So we omit Skills section. Requirements? The posting has Qualifications; maybe we treat Qualifications as Requirements? But we have both Qualifications and Requirements headings possible. The posting includes Qualifications; we can put that under Qualifications heading. Requirements maybe not separate; we can omit Requirements if no specific content. However the posting includes "Qualifications" list; we could treat that as Requirements. But instruction says use headings e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. It seems they expect both Requirements and Qualifications maybe separate. But we should only include sections when posting has real specific content. The posting has a "Qualifications" section with bullet points. It does not have a separate "Requirements" section beyond that. So we could either put the qualifications under Requirements heading, or under Qualifications heading. Which is more appropriate? The list includes experience, skills, etc. Usually "Requirements" and "Qualifications" overlap. Since they gave both as possible headings, we need to decide. To avoid duplication, we could put the bullet list under Qualifications heading and omit Requirements. Or we could put under Requirements and omit Qualifications. The posting explicitly says "Qualifications". So better to use Qualifications heading for that content. We'll omit Requirements. Skills: not separate. Thus sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Qualifications, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Now we need to extract content. About the role: Should include Job Overview and Who We Are (maybe combine). Must not repeat job title. Use

for prose. Could be multiple paragraphs. We need to preserve all substantive information: So include the Job Overview paragraph(s) and Who We Are paragraph(s). Ensure we don't include boilerplate like "We foster a workplace that embraces diversity..." that's EEO; we need to remove EEO/equal-opportunity boilerplate. At the end there is: "Pacific Coast Construction and Waterproofing Inc is proud to be an equal opportunity employer. We foster a workplace that embraces diversity and innovation, recognizing that varied perspectives drive success." That's EEO boilerplate; must remove. Also remove "Join Us If you're a skilled professional ready to take your career to the next level with a company that values growth, teamwork, and excellence, we encourage you to apply today!" That's application instructions; remove. Also remove "Work Location Based in Carlsbad, CAPrimarily warehouse/shop-based with travel to local job sites as needed throughout the region" maybe part of Schedule? Actually schedule section includes location? Might be considered part of Schedule or maybe separate. But we have Schedule heading; we can include schedule details: Full-Time Monday through Friday Occasional overtime or weekend work may be required based on project needs. Also location maybe not needed under schedule; but we could include location under About the role? The location is already given earlier: Location: Carlsbad, CA. Could be included in About the role as a short sentence. But we must not invent; we can include location as part of About the role if it's in posting. The posting includes Location: Carlsbad, CA under job details. That's substantive. We'll include it. Pay: $25 – $30 per hour (based on experience). Also weekly pay cycle, 401(k) etc are benefits. So Pay section should include pay range and maybe weekly pay cycle? The instruction: Use Pay section for pay details. Could include pay range and weekly pay cycle. Benefits section includes other benefits. Schedule: Full-Time Monday through Friday Occasional overtime or weekend work may be required based on project needs. Now Benefits: list bullet points: Compensation & Financial Perks (but we already have pay; maybe we should not duplicate pay). The Benefits section includes: Compensation & Financial Perks $25 – $30 per hour, depending on experience Weekly pay cycle 401(k) retirement savings program with employer matching Profit sharing opportunities Health & Wellness Medical insurance options Safety equipment provided Work-Life Balance Paid time off (holidays, vacation, and sick days) Career Development Mentor training Opportunities for advancement within a growing construction company Additional Perks Company vehicle or mileage reimbursement (as applicable) Uniforms and safety gear provided We need to avoid duplicating pay info already in Pay section. So in Benefits we should exclude the pay range and weekly pay cycle? The posting lumps them under Benefits but we already have Pay section; we should not repeat. So Benefits section will include: 401(k) retirement savings program with employer matching, Profit sharing opportunities, Medical insurance options, Safety equipment provided, Paid time off (holidays, vacation, and sick days), Mentor training, Opportunities for advancement within a growing construction company, Company vehicle or mileage reimbursement (as applicable), Uniforms and safety gear provided. We need to format as

    • for each bullet. Now Responsibilities: need to capture all duties under Key Responsibilities. There are subheadings: Tool & Equipment Management, Warehouse Organization & Oversight, Fleet & Equipment Maintenance, Material Handling & Logistics, Field Support (As Needed). We need to preserve all substantive information. We'll create a
      • list where each duty is a bullet. Could group subheadings as part of bullet text. We must not include boilerplate like "As Needed". Keep. Now Qualifications: bullet list: 2–3 years of experience in warehouse operations, construction, tool management, or a related field. Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail. Ability to perform basic tool repairs and maintenance. Valid driver’s license with the ability to safely operate company vehicles and trailers. Ability to lift, load, and transport materials and equipment as required. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Commitment to safety and accountability of company assets. Now About the role: combine Job Overview and Who We Are. Job Overview paragraph: "Pacific Coast Construction and Waterproofing Inc is seeking a highly organized and dependable Shop Manager to oversee warehouse operations, manage company tools and equipment, maintain trailers and shop assets, and provide logistical support to our field teams. This role is essential to keeping our projects running efficiently by ensuring tools, materials, and equipment are properly maintained, tracked, and delivered when needed. If you take pride in organization, accountability, and operational excellence—and enjoy supporting a fast-paced construction team—this is an opportunity to play a key role in a growing company committed to quality and professionalism." Who We Are paragraph: "Pacific Coast Construction and Waterproofing Inc specializes in high-quality residential and commercial reconstruction and remodeling projects throughout Southern California. Our long-term growth strategy is built on craftsmanship, innovation, and a strong team culture. We value accountability, efficiency, and teamwork—and we invest in the tools, training, and systems necessary for our employees to succeed. At Pacific Coast Construction and Waterproofing Inc, every team member plays a critical role in delivering exceptional results to our clients." We should also include Location: Carlsbad, CA maybe as a short sentence. Thus About the role could be two paragraphs: first Job Overview, second Who We Are plus location. Now we must not include any application instructions, EEO, etc. Now produce HTML fragment. Structure:
