Shop Laborer / Helper

Key Responsibilities

• Perform finishing work such as deburring, polishing, grinding, and buffing parts
• Clean and process parts using tools and equipment such as tumblers
• Pack products according to customer specifications and shipping procedures
• Auxiliary in shipping and receiving operations as needed
• Safely load and unload materials, including using a company vehicle
• Make local deliveries and pick-ups using a non-DOT box truck
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of shipping/receiving areas and company vehicles
• Accurately complete required documentation and paperwork
• Follow all safety, quality, and operational procedures
• Communicate effectively with team members and provide feedback when needed
• Support additional shop and production tasks as assigned

What We're Looking For

• A high school diploma or equivalent
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• A valid driver’s record with a strong safety focus
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• A dependable team player who takes initiative and follows direction
• A commitment to maintaining a safe and organized work environment
• The ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, and bending throughout the shift
