Responsibilities
- Maintain overall cleanliness of the shop to high standards.
- Deliver parts swiftly and efficiently to shop technicians.
- Interact with customers diplomatically and courteously to foster positive experiences.
- Support technician efficiency to enhance service delivery.
- Actively participate in learning modules for personal and professional development.
- Assist other technicians through hands-on experience.
- Drive trucks into and out of the shop as directed.
- Collaborate closely with team members and leadership to cultivate positive customer experiences.
- Perform other dynamic duties and responsibilities as assigned to support business operations.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- General mechanical knowledge or aptitude required.
- Valid driver’s license required.
- CDL required, or ability to obtain.
- Ability to drive a forklift.
- Curious mindset with an entrepreneurial "pioneering spirit."
- Strong integrity and passion for continuous professional development.
Physical and Mental Demands
The role requires continuous standing and walking; lifting and carrying up to 75 pounds; simple grasp, firm grasp, and fine manipulation; working near moving mechanical equipment; using air tools and basic hand tools; wearing safety glasses, gloves, and shoes; and the ability to talk or hear.
