Responsibilities
- Maintain overall cleanliness of the shop to meet high standards of excellence.
- Deliver parts swiftly and efficiently to shop technicians to support timely service.
- Interact with customers diplomatically and courteously to foster positive experiences.
- Support technician efficiency by assisting in tasks that enhance service quality.
- Actively participate in learning modules to commit to personal and professional development.
- Assist other technicians through hands-on experience, embodying continuous growth.
- Drive trucks into and out of the shop as directed, demonstrating flexibility and teamwork.
- Collaborate closely with team members and leadership to cultivate positive customer experiences.
- Perform other dynamic duties as assigned to support business operations.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- General mechanical knowledge or aptitude required.
- Valid driver’s license required.
- CDL required, or ability to obtain.
- Ability to drive a forklift.
- Curious mindset with an entrepreneurial "pioneering spirit," strong integrity, and a passion for continuous professional development.
Physical and Mental Demands
The mental and physical requirements for this role include:
- Continuous standing and walking.
- Lifting and carrying up to 75 pounds.
- Simple grasp, firm grasp, and fine manipulation.
- Working near moving mechanical equipment.
- Using a variety of air tools and basic hand tools.
- Wearing safety glasses, gloves, and shoes.
- Ability to talk or hear.
