Job Overview
About the role
Perform building and grounds maintenance and cleanup. Assist with machine maintenance as required by the Employer.
Responsibilities
- Working independently or with team members to maximize productivity and efficiency.
- Following all safety rules and ISO requirements.
- Adhering to all company rules and policies.
- Keeping work areas clean and organized.
- Ensuring that work practices are in the guidelines of OSHA standards.
- Sweeping, mopping, and general sanitizing.
- Checking and emptying trash.
- Making sure restrooms and breakrooms are stocked with appropriate items.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of relevant experience in janitorial field preferred.
- Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills.
- Ability to prioritize and organize work-related tasks.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand for excessive periods of time.
Skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor.
