The Team You'll Work With

• Master Custom Wood Crating: Measure, cut, and assemble custom wooden crates and pallets to ensure they meet the highest standards for protecting finished stone products.
• Expert Packaging & Logistics: Securely pack finished marble, granite, and engineered stone using specialized materials, managing inventory for shipping supplies and assisting with loading trucks and containers for safe transit.
• SUPPORT Precision Fabrication: Assist with material preparation, deburring, and finishing under professional supervision, gaining hands-on experience operating basic shop machinery.
• Maintain Operational Excellence: Ensure a secure and safe work environment by following safety guidelines, maintaining clean housekeeping, and reporting any technical issues immediately to leadership.

About the Role

This is a hybrid role designed to provide flexible support across our operations while maintaining high standards for quality and safety. You will be a vital member of our production team, rotating through three key departments: Wood Crating, Packaging, and Fabrication.

Responsibilities

• Master Custom Wood Crating: Spend the majority of your time measuring, cutting, and assembling custom wooden crates and pallets to ensure our industrial shipping containers are built to the highest standards to protect our finished stone products.
• Expert Packaging & Logistics: Securely pack finished marble, granite, and engineered stone using specialized materials. Manage inventory for shipping supplies and assist in loading trucks and containers for safe transit.
• SUPPORT Precision Fabrication: Work alongside our fabrication team to assist with material preparation, deburring, and finishing. Gain hands-on experience operating basic shop machinery under professional supervision.
• Maintain Operational Excellence: Ensure a secure and safe work environment by following all safety guidelines, maintaining clean housekeeping, and reporting any technical issues immediately to leadership.

Requirements

• Detail-Oriented Craftsman: Have a sharp eye for quality and pride yourself on "measuring twice and cutting once." Comfortable using a tape measure and reading basic blueprints or work orders.
• Physically Capable: Comfortable working in a shop environment, standing for long periods, occasionally lifting or moving objects over 50 pounds.
• A Versatile Team Player: Thrive in a "hybrid" environment, enjoy learning new skills across different departments, and have a positive, "can-do" attitude.
• Reliable and Professional: Value punctuality and consistency, understanding that your team relies on you to maintain the flow of production.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in a similar role preferred but not required.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Pay

$20 per hour, depending on experience.

Schedule

6 a.m. - 2:30 p.m., based out of our Richmond, CA facility.
