About the role

Audi Owings Mills is seeking an experienced Shop Foreman to lead an elite team of Audi technicians. In this leadership role you will solve complex technical challenges, mentor technicians, and deliver an exceptional service experience while having your expertise valued and your voice heard.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and mentor a team of Audi technicians.
• Diagnose and assist with advanced drivability, electrical, and network concerns.
• Ensure repairs meet Audi factory standards for quality and efficiency.
• Partner with service advisors to explain technical findings and repair recommendations.
• Help improve shop productivity while maintaining a positive team culture.
• Support technician development through training and real‑time coaching.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of dealership technician experience (Audi, Volkswagen, or other European luxury brands preferred).
• Previous experience as a Shop Foreman, Team Lead, or Lead Technician.
• Strong electrical and diagnostic troubleshooting skills.
• Experience mentoring and developing technicians.
• Working knowledge of dealership management systems.
• Audi certifications are a plus (or willingness to obtain).
• Passion for leadership, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

Pay

Salary range: $125,000 – $165,000 per year, based on experience.
Signing‑on bonus: $15,000.
