Shop Flow Manager

About the role

We are not looking for a traditional service advisor. We are hiring a Service Operations Coordinator — someone who can control the flow of a fast-moving shop, manage multiple jobs at once, and ensure nothing gets stuck, missed, or delayed.

Responsibilities

• Keep the shop moving — at all times.
• Dispatch and prioritize repair orders based on technician skill and workload.
• Track the status of every vehicle in the shop (nothing sits unnoticed).
• Follow up with technicians in real time — not at the end of the day.
• Identify bottlenecks and solve them before they become problems.
• Cook with parts, advisors, and management to keep workflow efficient.
• Ensure work is completed in the right order, at the right time, by the right person.
• Hold the standard on urgency, communication, and execution.

What We're Looking For

• You might come from: Logistics / dispatch (trucking, delivery, operations), Fleet or diesel maintenance shops, Manufacturing or production scheduling, Aviation maintenance coordination, High-volume service or collision centers.
• You will stand out if you:
