Description Precast Terrazzo Enterprises is a 100% employee-owned company specializing in premier custom precast terrazzo. Because we craft each design individually, the Shop Employee role is critical to our success. We are looking for full-time shop employees who like being part of a team, take pride in their work quality, and enjoy the challenge of learning something new. We are looking to add a Full-Time, permanent shop employee for a Monday through Friday day shift 6 am to 3:30 pm. Overtime is available for those who are interested. This role is an opportunity to learn a specialized trade within the Terrazzo and flooring industry. Requirements Job Responsibilities: Being able to follow instructions for the various designsBuilding and creating moldsMixing the custom blends and pouring into the moldsSanding, cutting, and polishing the precast productsConfirming quality control and design specifications Shipping and receiving materials and raw materialsFilling customer orders What You Need To Get The Job Done Team-oriented player attitudeHistory of reliabilityCommitted to high safety standardsAbility to measure and understand basic calculations Ability to lift heavy itemsAbility to tell the difference between various colors Warehouse experience preferredForklift experience is a plus but is not required What You'll Love About Us Great Company Culture: Ownership culture means being invested in each other's success.
