About the role
Precast Terrazzo Enterprises is a 100% employee-owned company specializing in premier custom precast terrazzo. We are seeking a Full-Time, permanent shop employee for a Monday through Friday day shift from 6 am to 3:30 pm. Overtime is available for those interested.
Responsibilities
- Following instructions for various designs
- Building and creating molds
- Mixing custom blends and pouring into molds
- Sanding, cutting, and polishing precast products
- Confirming quality control and design specifications
- Shipping and receiving materials and raw materials
- Filling customer orders
Requirements
- Team-oriented player attitude
- History of reliability
- Committed to high safety standards
- Ability to measure and understand basic calculations
- Ability to lift heavy items
- Ability to tell the difference between various colors
- Warehouse experience preferred
- Forklift experience is a plus but is not required
