At Maddox + You

As a Shop Assistant, you would be working in a shop environment maintaining a clean workplace and removing impediments to production employees. This is a fast-paced, hard-working, but very rewarding environment. Your day-to-day activities will involve cleaning, forklift and overhead crane operation, equipment inspections, stocking items, and completing various one-off tasks. Basics

• Schedule: Generally 6:00 AM - 4:00 PM
• Benefits: Comprehensive full-time benefits package including 3 weeks paid time off (and additional weeks for managers and after 5 years), health & wellness benefits (traditional insurance or cash-in-lieu options), paid paternity/maternity leave, 401(k) with 100% match up to 8% of wages, paid holidays, PTO, and family-life gifts, vision, dental, disability, life insurance, and other voluntary benefits and coverages (such as accident insurance).

Pay

The starting pay range is $21.52 - $28.07 per hour, depending on experience. This position has a path to promotion to “Level 2”, which earns up to $32.74 per hour, and can continue growing from there.
