Responsibilities
- Coordinate vessel operations, including arrivals, berthing, loading, and departures
- Work collaboratively with Port Stakeholders to ensure smooth port calls
- Stay updated on business opportunities, port activities, and regulatory changes
- Ensure compliance with safety, security, and environmental regulations
Requirements
- Self-motivated and results-driven individual
- Prior experience or exposure to the Shipping Industry is advantageous
- Strong work ethic and ability to learn and adapt
- Attention to detail and administrative proficiency
- Valid Australian work permit, driver's license, and driving experience
- Eligibility for a Maritime Security Identification Card (MSIC)
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Completion of relevant training courses in shipping operations
- Experience in similar roles or related fields
Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of port operations and regulatory requirements
