About the role
The Shipping Technician is a key part of producing both our infrastructure and agricultural products. The goal is to increase efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction in our Lindsay, NE facility.
Responsibilities
- Store materials in an organized manner
- Pick, pack, and scan orders accurately
- Adhere to Lindsay Corporation Safety Policies and Procedures
- Maintain a safe working environment
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED (preferred)
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Forklift and/or crane operation experience (preferred; certification can be obtained through employment)
- CDL is a plus
- 1 year of warehouse experience (preferred)
- Ability to perform basic arithmetic (whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals)
- Ability to follow written, oral, or diagram instructions
- Must be able to wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) including metguard boots, protective eyewear, hard hats, gloves, and ear plugs
- Must be able to communicate in English
- Must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis
